  • The vehicles shown on this page are not owned, sold or held by Eziway. They are listed by independent third-party motor dealers (“Dealers”), and any purchase is a contract between you (or your lease financier) and the relevant Dealer.
  • Vehicle information. Descriptions, specifications, images, kilometres, condition, pricing and availability are supplied by the Dealer. Eziway does not inspect vehicles and does not verify, warrant or guarantee this information. Vehicles may be sold or withdrawn without notice. You should inspect the vehicle, review its service history and obtain a PPSR check and/or independent mechanical inspection before committing.
  • Warranties and consumer rights. Any statutory warranty, dealer warranty or consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law is provided by the Dealer. Enquiries about condition, title, defects or warranty should be directed to the Dealer. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Finance. Novated lease finance is subject to the financier’s credit assessment and approval criteria, and to your employer’s participation in a salary packaging arrangement. A vehicle appearing on this page does not mean finance has been or will be approved.
