There was a lot of positive feedback from staff on the information session and one-on-one session following. Many did not realise all the benefits, how SP worked exactly and how much they could package. As a result, many more staff have signed up to SP.
This has been a very positive experience and I have received a number of positive comments from employees about the process. From a payroll perspective, this transition has been well handled with minimal input required from payroll and any queries have been well handled by Eziway support. The online instructions were very helpful and the training session made the change-over relatively straight forward. The online portal is well laid out and easy to navigate, even without instructions.

Many of the staff were a little sceptical initially and worried that any new process would lessen their prior arrangements — however, this proved not to be the case, and staff were pleased at the benefits they could access. The whole staff information session was really beneficial. It allowed the information to go to a large group, take people's queries and explain SP in a very practical way. The set-up was seamless from my perspective and everything has worked as it should.
