Payments and Cards Officer

The Role
This is a detail-driven, process-focused role sitting within our Salary Packaging Operations team. As Payments & Cards Officer, you'll keep the daily rhythm of Eziway's payment processing and card management running smoothly — accurately, on time, every time. If you're someone who takes pride in precision and thrives in a structured environment, this role is for you.
How You'll Work
Reporting to the Salary Packaging Manager, you'll work closely across:
- Cards Team — Day-to-day card operations, cancellations, exceptions and card stock management
- Salary Packaging — Payment processing, reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- IT & Software — System queries, card provider ticketing and troubleshooting
- Clients & Employers — Responding to payment and card enquiries within 24 hours
Requirements
What You'll Own
A defined set of daily and ongoing responsibilities — real ownership from day one.
- Daily Payments - Process employer deposits, payment batches and bank reconciliation before midday
- Card Management - Cancellations, exceptions, reactivations and malfunctions end-to-end
- Card Stock - Monitor stock, order renewals and track dispatch via Australia Post
- Superannuation & Novated - Generate super files and process weekly novated lease finance payments
- EML Disbursement - Monitor the account, resolve issues and run balance reports
- Client Enquiries - Respond to payment and card queries by phone and email within 24 hours
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an administration, payments or accounts role
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and reconciliation skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable handling client and employer queries professionally
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks to tight daily deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong numerical skills

The Role
We've had a year of exponential growth and need more great people. As a Novated Lease Consultant you'll be the link between employee, employer and financier, taking customers from first enquiry to driving away in their new car and making a three-way agreement feel simple.
How You'll Work
Reporting into the team, you'll:
- Manage novated lease leads from enquiry to settled deal
- Explain the potential tax savings and benefits of a novated lease (general information, not financial advice)
- Guide customers on vehicle choice, including through our dealer network
- Prepare lease quotes and impact statements, and process finance applications
- Follow up expiring leases and outstanding quotes
- Keep across new models, releases and current offers
What We're Looking For
- Experience in novated leasing, car sales or a related industry
- A genuinely customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet KPIs
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and comfort picking up new systems

The Role
Eziway's Novated Lease team helps clients access the tax savings and convenience of a novated vehicle lease, acting as the go-between for employee, employer and financier through every step of the process. Based in Pakenham VIC, you'll manage the full lead pipeline for novated leases — from first enquiry through to a customer driving away in their new car — on a full-time, on-site basis.
How You'll Work
Reporting to the Head of Novated Sales, you'll:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers exploring a novated lease
- Explain the tax savings and benefits of novated leasing (general information, not financial advice)
- Guide customers through vehicle choice, including Eziway's dealer network
- Prepare lease quotes and impact statements and process finance applications once accepted
Requirements
What You'll Own
- Client Pipeline — Manage all novated lease leads end-to-end, from enquiry to settled deal
- AI Features — Design, build, and ship AI-powered features and agents from prototype to production, serving real users
- Vehicle & Finance Coordination — Liaise with the Dealer Liaison Officer on availability and keep across new models, releases and current offers
- Lease Lifecycle — Follow up lease-expiry customers and outstanding quotes to keep every deal moving
- Records & Data — Keep the system accurate and current, including loading and transferring quotes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales essential; novated leasing, dealership, fleet or vehicle industry background highly regarded
- Sound understanding of salary packaging and/or novated leasing
- Customer-centric focus with a genuine willingness to deliver superior service
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We're looking for a Software Developer to sit at the intersection of our established platform engineering and an emerging AI layer. You'll extend and modernise our ASP.NET codebase while designing and shipping AI features and agents that are accurate, safe, measurable, and genuinely useful. How You'll Work
Reporting into our engineering team, you'll work across:
- Platform Engineering — Building, enhancing, and modernising the ASP.NET (C# MVC) platform
- AI & Integration — Designing and shipping LLM-powered features and agents into production
- Third-Party Services — RESTful API integrations, webhooks, and external service connections
- Product & Support — Bridging engineering with real-world usage and user needs

- .NET Platform — Develop and enhance ASP.NET (C# MVC) with a focus on performance, security, and extensibility; build and maintain third-party integrations; contribute to testing, deployment, and quality standards
- AI Features — Design, build, and ship AI-powered features and agents from prototype to production, serving real users
- LLM Integration — Integrate Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI capabilities into .NET applications via APIs and SDKs
- RAG Implementation — Build retrieval-augmented generation over our domain data so AI features respond accurately within our product context
- AI Performance — Define and track metrics like accuracy, task-completion rate, latency, and fallback frequency; continuously improve based on real usage
- AI Guardrails — Apply prompt engineering, evaluation, and safeguards appropriate to a regulated financial domain
What We're Looking For
- Expert knowledge of .NET Framework (ASP.NET) with experience in modern .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, and Git

Eziway Salary Packaging provides outsourced salary packaging services to FBT-exempt organisations including charities, public health, community and disability service providers. You'll manage a designated portfolio of clients — from doctors to aged care workers — as their primary point of contact for all things salary packaging, using our own in-house software. It's a fast-paced, rewarding environment working alongside the frontline of Australia's health sector, on a rotating roster (8am, 9am and 10am starts).
How You'll Work
Reporting into the team, you'll:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Eziway salary packaging clients
- Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries in line with our service offering
- Process the salary packaging lifecycle — account creation, documentation and terminations
- Use Eziway's software for data entry, client file updates and record accuracy

- Client Portfolio - Own a designated set of client accounts, delivering a superior salary packaging experience end-to-end
- Enquiry Handling - First point of contact for incoming calls and client queries

What We're Looking For
